Tell us what you need. We will discuss the product, specifications, sizing and delivery schedule before production.

Order
If you have a favorite or desired product, please contact us by e-mail, phone, fax or internet, or place an order.

Confirmation
We check products, production inventory, specifications and delivery dates, as well as sizing, options and corrections.

Manufacture
We produce the product according to the details discussed with the customer.

Delivery
Delivery takes several days. Please contact us if you are in a hurry. We will notify you when the item is shipped.
Aftercare
Follow-up Services
If you find any defects after purchase, please contact us first.
Our reasons: wrong size, wrong tailoring, etc.
- Please contact us within one month of receiving the product so that we can explain the return procedure.
- We will repair or re-tailor as soon as possible.
- We will bear the return shipping costs.

First-time user: exchange or repair

- Changes requiring reworking, custom-made items, coats, costumes and additional options may be charged.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping charges to our company. We will pay for the resending fee.

About Gift Wrapping
Gift wrapping is available upon request for a fee. The pattern of wrapping paper may change depending on the season.
About Postage
Postage depends on the area to be delivered. Please see the Japan Post estimated fees.
Policy
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation
Most products are made to order or semi-custom tailored products.
Returns or exchanges due to our reasons
- Please contact us within one month of receiving the product for instructions on how to return or exchange it.
- We will bear the return shipping costs.
Returns and exchanges for customer's convenience
Exchanges are limited to color and size changes.
- Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product.
- Please pay return postage at your own expense.
- A restocking/exchange fee of 2,200 yen per item, including shipping cost, will be charged.
All shipping and handling charges for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Items that cannot be returned or exchanged
- Products damaged or soiled by the customer, including stains or odors from perfume, hairdressing, tobacco, animals or animal hair.
- Products altered or processed by the customer.
- Some specially discounted items.
- Order fabrics (non-standard colors) and products made with additional options.
- Products made to order in the size specified by the customer.
- Hygiene products such as breechclout, pandora panties, leggings, kimono underskirts and masks.
About Cooling-Off
Cooling-off is a system applicable to door-to-door sales. The cooling-off system does not apply to sales of products on this website because the products are sold by mail order.
Cancellation of tailored products
Please contact us by the day after the order date. If you contact us after the next day, you may be charged a cancellation fee or the actual cost of the order.
If you wish to change specifications such as fabric color or size after receiving our delivery e-mail, a change fee may be charged.
Once a tailored product is ready for shipment, cancellation may not be possible.
